Who we are:
336 Films is a Mexican-American owned film production company dedicated to telling not only Latina/o/x stories but also ones that help propel society forward. We seek to be a premier production company in renowned film markets throughout the United States, Latin America, and the world.
Our philosophy: Being a leader means to serve as originally expressed by Robert Greenleaf (1970). Therefore, we feel that creating films is an act of service toward bettering humanity.
About our Founder:
Dr. Sarah Ceballos is 3rd generation Mexican-American. She holds her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University of San Antonio and is an Assistant Professor of Management. She periodically researches obstacles that can limit advancement opportunities for people of color in the workplace. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, running, and traveling.
